Yokohama and Odesa: Sister Cities
Odesa, Ukraine is a vibrant port city on the Black Sea. Based on their shared experience as international port cities that rose from the ashes of war, Yokohama and Odesa formed a sister city agreement in 1965. This page introduces the history of exchange and cooperation between the two cities.
