Yokohama and Odesa sign Memorandum of Understanding on Technical Cooperation on Sustainable Urban Development
On March 16, Mr. Gennadiy TRUKHANOV, Mayor of Odesa, a sister city of Yokohama, visited Yokohama and signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Technical Cooperation on Sustainable Urban Development, which aims to achieve cooperation in the restoration and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities in Odesa.
